Telephone Advice

If you need to speak to your doctor/nurse please call the surgery before 12:00. The receptionist will take your details and the GP will call you back at the earliest opportunity. If you call after 12:00 or if the GP is not in that day they will call you on their next working day.

Practice Nurses

In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many ailments and you may be seen more quickly.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else. Any patient failing to attend three consecutive appointments without prior notice may be aksed to find an alternative practice.
